What are our main criteria in the recruitment process of new consultants ?
- Technical skills : because they guarantee the quality of realization of the project, and therefore the satisfaction of our customers. We consider not only the skills developed during professional experience, but also those acquired at university or through more private interests. Our candidates have the opportunity to show us their skills by passing technical, practical as well as theoretical tests, which are the integral part of our recruitment process.
- Education : we select candidates from the best schools and universities. We also pay attention to internships as well as projects achieved during studies, which often orientate our interests.
