Recruitment process

The recruitment process at ITEKNA begins when we receive your CV. We analyse how your profile meets our requirements and we call you for an appointment to get an interview in one of our offices.

1st stage : Interview with the representative of the recruitment team

During this meeting we would like to get to know more about you : your objectives, your experience, your skills and interests. We will provide you information about our company and we will analyse together all the possible areas of collaboration. We will also answer all your questions about the career possibilities in ITEKNA.

2nd stage : Technical tests

If your skills match with our needs, you will get a second meeting. This time, we would like to define your technical skills in more precise way. We will ask you to pass the technical tests, both theoretical and practical which are prepared by our experts.

3rd stage : Interview with a Manager

The next step is a meeting with a manager of our company. We will present you our development strategy and check that you share our values and goals. After the interview and if you have succeeded in the different steps, we will propose you to sign a contract with ITEKNA and you will then join a dynamic and fast growing enterprise, that will allow you to make you professional dreams come true.
