To enable our consultants to develop their skills, we have built a training plan based on the analysis of the needs of our employees and those of our clients.
Technical trainings : they aim to consolidate the skills already acquired, as well as bring new ones to let you participate in the new projects. Some of these trainings will lead you to certification.

- Programming in C # in the Microsoft. NET environment
- Microsoft Windows 2003 Server administration
- Security systems for Linux
Language trainings : during your career in ITEKNA, you will take part in international projects in various linguistic environments. These courses will help you to expand your knowledge of English and to learn other languages, useful in your work environment.
Managerial trainings : we want to give our consultants the opportunity to develop their skills in the field of team management – in the particular project or, more generally, in connection with their future career development.

Other trainings : we also offer our consultants the opportunity to improve their skills in communication or negotiation. We are convinced that in our profession/industry these skills are as important as technical ones.
